Q3: Can you help me with my own design? How about sample fee and sample time?
A3: Of course. We have a professional development team to design new projects. We have made OEM and ODM products for many customers. You can tell me your new ideas, or give us drawings, photos. We will arrange for you to make samples and send pictures to you for confirmation. As for the sample time is about 5-7 days. There may be some sample fee, which will be charged according to the actual situation.

Q4: What are your payment terms?
A4: For customized samples, we charge 100% cost in advance, it includes material cost, labor cost, etc.
For bulk orders, 40% before production, 60% before delivery. If there are special circumstances, we can negotiate.

Q5: Can your factory print our brand on the products?
A5: Yes, we provide customized service, you can add your LOGO on the product, I will make the sample according to the LOGO, we will send the picture of the product to you for confirmation before production.

Q6: Can I visit your factory? Can your factory arrange the shipment for me?
A6: Of course welcome, our factory is located at No. 16 Yungu Road, Zhutang Town, Jiangyin City and No. 232, Dongsheng Avenue, Donggang Town, Xishan District, Wuxi City. We provide more services, can solve many domestic problems, and we can complete the delivery for you.
