It is mainly used in the tread and shoulder and sidewall.
With high stiffness so as to protect the rubber compound from deformation ,besides it also have good release properties,and excellent avoiding fraying ,it can be used for more than 10 years.
It is plain woven by poyester fabric and imported anti-staic fiber then singeing to clear away the batting and impurities of the surface ,then heat setting and shrinking with high temperture 280 ℃，finshed by coating ,plastic steel,press,cutting ,polishing,gluing ,firing,side ,shaping ,curing the rubber stirpe on both side of fabric.
