HWTS-OT062 Staplococcus Aureus and Methicillin-Resistant Staplococcus Aureus (MRSA/SA) Nucleic Acid Detection Kit(Fluorescence PCR)
CE
Staplococcus aureus is one of the important pathogenic bacteria of nosocomial infection. Staplococcus aureus (SA) belongs to the staplococcus and is a representative of Gram-positive bacteria, which can produce a variety of toxins and invasive enzymes. The bacteria have the characteristics of wide distribution, strong pathogenicity and high resistance rate. Thermostable nuclease gene (nuc) is a highly conserved gene of staplococcus aureus.

Option 1.
Macro & Micro-Test Genomic DNA/RNA Kit (HWTS-3019) by & can be used with Macro & Micro-Test Automatic Nucleic Acid Extractor (HWTS-3006C, HWTS-3006B). Add 200µL of normal saline to the processed precipitate, and the subsequent steps should be extracted according to the instructions, and the recommended elution volume is 80µL.
Option 2.
Macro & Micro-Test Sample Release Reagent (HWTS-3005-8) by & Add 1mL of normal saline to the precipitate after washing with normal saline, then mix well. Centrifuge at 13,000r/min for 5 minutes, remove the supernatant (reserve 10-20µL of supernatant), and follow the instructions for subsequent extraction.
Recommended extraction reagent: Nucleic Acid Extraction or Purification Reagent (YDP302) by Tiangen Biotech (Beijing) Co.,Ltd. The extraction should be carried out strictly according to the step 2 of the instruction manual. It is recommended to use RNase and DNase-free water for elution with the volume of 100µL.
