Introduction

Stainless steel UV sterilizer is a widely used water disinfection and purification system, by emitting UV light with the peak wavelength of 253.7nm (commonly called 254nm or Ozone-free/L), sterilizer kills 99-99.99% microorganisms including bacteria, viruses, fungi and protozoa such as cryptosporidium, giardia, SARS, H5N1, etc. within 1 to 2 seconds.And there is no need to add chemical bactericide, avoiding undesirable color, taste or odor. It does not generate harmful by products, brings no secondary pollution to water and ambient environment.

Maintenance

1. Testing monthly or before each use.

2. Lamp replacement is recommended every 8000 hours of operation. After 8000 hours, the lamp may still light, but the UV intensity has diminished.

3. Cleaning of the quartz sleeve once 3-6 months with alcohol or a mild detergent.
