① Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are direct factory, our production line includes brass, iron, zinc alloy and aluminum products or according to your requirements.

② How long is the lead time for the product samples?
For the existing samples in stock, we can send them to you immediately,
If you want your own designs, it will take 7-15 days, subject to whether your new design need new MOULD, etc. Anyway, we will keep you fast responded and updated.

③ What is the production lead time?
If the items is in stock,we can deliver within 7 days after receiving your payment.
For customized orders, the production time is 40-45 days after confirmation of all details.

④ How to control the quality of the products?
We carry out comprehensive quality inspection at every process in strict conformity with ISO9001 regulations from raw material to the finished product with record to track.
We respect the customized specifications and conduct the relative  quality control accordingly.
We operate a professional laboratory to conduct all the necessary tests to our products.

⑤ What is your MOQ request for order?
Usually the MOQ is 1,000 pcs. But the MOQ varies for different products, to be negotiated separately. Please feel free to contact us for your demand, we believe we can find a workable solution to both parties.
