ApplicationUsage Characteristics

Delayed accelerators for natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and recycled rubber. Good safety at operating temperature. This product is particularly suitable for alkaline oil furnace method carbon black rubber materials, as it can cause color change and slight pollution of the rubber materials. Mainly used in the tire, hose, tape, rubber shoes, cable, tire flipping industry, and also in rubber extrusion products. This product requires the use of zinc oxide and stearic acid, and can also be activated by thiurams, dithiocarbamates, aldedes, guanidine accelerators, and acidic substances. The dosage is generally 0.5-1.5 parts, and can replace NOBS with a small amount of anti coking agent CTP.

Application

This product is a post-effect promoter for natural rubber, cis-1, 4-polybutadiene rubber, isoprene rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, and recycled rubber, especially suitable for carbon black rubber materials with strong alkalinity. Safe at operating temperature, strong scorch resistance, fast vulcanization speed, high elongation strength, and can increase the proportion of synthetic rubber used. Low toxicity and high efficiency, it is an ideal substitute for NOBS, with excellent comprehensive performance, and is known as a standard accelerator. Widely used in the production of radial tires. It can be used in combination with aldedes, guanidine, and thiuram accelerators, as well as with anti coking agent PVI, to form a good vulcanization system. Mainly used for the manufacturing and production of tires, rubber shoes, rubber pipes, tape, and cables. Besides, curing time is short, scorch resistance and good processing safety. Widely used in all kinds of rubber products and tires, especially the radial tire processing. With after-effect speed advantages.
