What Is Laser Diode Array?

These high-performance diode bars, capable of operating in both CW (Continuous Wave) and QCW modes, demonstrate an exceptional electro-optical conversion efficiency of 50% to 55%, setting a competitive standard in the market.

Robust Design and Longevity:
Each bar is constructed using advanced AuSn Hard Solder Technology, ensuring a compact structure with high power density and reliability. The robust design allows for efficient thermal management and high peak power, extending the operational life of the stacks.

Stability in Harsh Environments:
