Frankfurt airflex and filiflex antique brush are the third step (first step: diamond frankfurt, second step: abrasive brush) for grinding marble, travertine, limestone and engineered stones to fabricate a aged appearance effect or semi-glossy surface. For wet use only.

Airflex antique brush can remove the “softer” material in the stone to create a beautiful texture meanwhile enhancing the natural color of the stone. It’s more softer than abrasive brush, and enable to make the stone texture more clearer.

Frankfurt Filiflex brushes work in conjunction with the abrasive brushes and are designed to create antiqued finish progressively. It remove materials aggressively and cut deep into the surface to create antique finish.

Usage:usually used after diamond / silicon carbide abrasive brush, for examples: 240# abrasive brush + 320# airflex antique brush

After applying the Airflex Filiflex brushes on the rugged finish, the surface can achieve a “milder” texture or “antiqued” finish.

Middle grit like 180# – 320# are for matte finish. Higher grits are available to create a “caress,” or polished finish.

Application: be applied to marble automatic polishing line and combined with diamond or silicon carbide abrasive brushes, enable to make the texture of antique finished stone surface more milder and clearer.
