Prototype
Bease on the customer’s sketch or 2D pictures, we can provide the pre-sample for check with small charge, we’ll seek the right material to match the look of your character.
Fabrics Options: deep pile, chemical fiber fleece ( deep plie, velvet ) cotton, plastic particles, artificial leather, non-woven, toy parts, accessories, pls find the following material pics for plush toy custom.
Generally the prototype will be prepared about 7-10days.Our designer will modify upon your changes request,and there is no extra fee. right material to match the look of your character,we’ll arrange the pre-sample to get your approval of”hands on”.
If you decide to proceed with mass production,we’ll refund the sample charge as a credit in the manufacturing order, Our typical timeline for custom logo stuffed animals and other custom plush toys is 90 to 120 days.
Mass Production Process of Plushies
Stuffed toys are welcomed by kids and adults,it seems as if the production process is simple, but actually each stuffed toy will be showed after the following steps.
Character design→Cutting→Embroidery→Assembling→Filling and Plastic Parts→Forming→Tags and Packaging
Material Consumption: desk-friendly plush toys manily about 18cm-25cm tall and 10-14cm wide. The material consumption of cute plushies toy is more complex. The material consumption mainly depends on the number of toy varieties, the composition of several raw materials, the proportion of each variety, the size of toy specifications, whether the width of raw materials is fully utilized, and whether the cutting is mechanized.
Good design, type setting, professional production, state-of-art equipment is the main factor to save costs for every soft doll.
Quality Inspection
We have the quality inspection dept. to recheck each plushie before packing.And all the promotional toys are tested by the 3rd party laboratories.
Delivery
Once the mass production is completed,we’ll contact the shipping agency or your appointed freight forwarder to arrange the plushies.
The deliver time is approximately 30-40 days by sea, while air freight times can vary from 3-7days depending on the freight carrier. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.
