1. How do you ensure quality?
Before placing an order, we can provide you one piece sample for quality check & confirmation, we will manufacturer your order according to your confirmed sample.
2. Can we visit your company?
We welcome your visit to our company so we can show you our capacity and our products. We are very happy to provide Invitation Letters if needed. However due to the Covid 19, the international travelers will be quarantined for 14 days upon arrival in China which made it very difficult for visitors.
3. What is your MOQ
The MOQ for this kind of plastic whiteboard is 600 pieces each order. However, there is also a minimum order amount $5000 for each order you place with us. This is to overcome the shipping cost to our port.
4. Can you provide us samples?
Yes, we are very glad to provide you our samples free of charge, and we hope you will take care of the shipping cost.
5. Can I order a bigger size?
There is only one size for this design, we have bigger size in other models. Please talk with our sales person and we will make recommendations accordingly.
