Our lotion pumps for dispensing applications can be manufactured to work as a ‘lock-up’, ‘left-right lock’ or ‘clip-lock’ device. These pumps are made up of pistons, pump chambers, pump heads and collars.

It is also called the left-right lock pump, or the Switch Pump. The screw pump has a screw just under the head that you turn left or right to open or close the pump.

To use the screw pump, you must first unlock the spout by twisting it counterclockwise. With the dispenser unlocked, you can then apply pressure on the nozzle to dispense liquid. To lock the dispenser, you simply push the head down, then you twist it clockwise until you feel a bit of resistance as the screw engages.

The discharge Rate is 1.80+-0.20ML/T, it used for shampoo, body lotion, hair care, dishwashing liquid , shower wash and etc. it need 3 to 5 times for the first strokes to prime.

Our design use outer springs,it’s clear and sanitary because not touch the liquid.

There are 3 styles for this dispensing pump, smooth closure, ribbed closure and aluminum closure.

This lotion pump dispenser have a screw down lock system, and have many actuator for choice.The tube length can made according to your bottle height.Product color also can be custom-made as your request.
