High speed spinning grade nylon6 resin through melt extrusion, stretching, texturing process and other process to produce pre-oriented yarn (POY), fully drawn yarn (FDY) , drawn and deformed yarn (DTY) and other nylon spinning products. Polyamide due to its high strength, good elasticity and excellent wear resistance beyond other kinds of yarn, it widely applied to clothing like jacket, swimwear, clothing lining, yoga wear and has excellent performance, better meet the functional needs of consumers.

POY
High-speed spinning grade PA6 resin in molten state spun by spinneret and then cooled to make POY. Nylon POY is highly oriented, has a certain degree of elasticity and shrinkage, with highly heat resistant, comfortable to the touch and a mild sheen , it is often used as raw material for DTY (Drawn Deformed Yarn).
FDY
High-speed spinning grade polyamide resin produced into fully drawn yarn ( FDY ) after melting, spinning, cooling and stretching. Fully drawn yarn ( FDY ) compared with pre-oriented yarn ( POY ), it has lower elasticity and shrinkage, and can be directly applied to downstream weaving. It is often used as the raw material for fabrics such as swimwear and down jacket.
DTY
Tensile textured yarn ( DTY ) is made of pre-oriented yarn ( POY ) through stretching process. It has certain elasticity and shrinkage, good air permeability and soft fiber, meets the performance requirements of downstream weaving and often used in producing yoga clothing, children ‘s clothing and other fabrics.
