*Product Application:

Construction process:

3, the ground damage and uneven treatment: according to the following medium coating requirements, the ratio is adjusted and repaired.
4, primer application: the primer is a strong epoxy resin, with a primer: water = 1:4 evenly stirred, sprayed or sprayed on the base with a sprayer during construction.
The dosage depends on the firmness of the site. The general dosage is about 0.04kg/m2. After drying, the next step can be carried out.
5, medium coating construction:
Apply two channels in fine sand, according to the middle coating: sand: cement: water = 1:0.8:0.4:1 water is fully mixed and stirred evenly, applied on the primer, the general dosage of each coating is about 0.25kg/m2. Depending on the conditions of the construction process, one can apply more than one coat.
6, scraping the surface layer:
The first coat: sand: water = 1:0.3:0.3, mix well and stir evenly, apply to the reinforcing surface, no sand, top coat: water = 1:0.2 (the two general dosage is about 0.5kg/m2) ).
7, line:
Marking: Locating according to the standard size, marking the position of the line with canvas line, and then sticking it on the golf course along the canvas line with the textured paper. The marking paint is evenly brushed between the two textured papers. After drying, tear off the textured paper.
8, construction completed:
It can be used after 24 hours, and can be stressed after 72 hours. (25 °C shall prevail, and the low temperature open time shall be moderately extended)

*Construction Condition:

1. Weather temperature: below 0 degrees, construction is prohibited and the acrylic material is strictly protected from freezing;
2. Humidity: When the relative humidity of the air is greater than 85%, it is not suitable for construction;
3. Weather: It can’t be constructed in rainy and snowy days;
4. When the atmospheric humidity of the acrylic stadium is less than 10% or higher than 35%, it cannot be constructed;
5. In the windy weather, in order to avoid the debris from being blown into the field before the coating is cured, it can not be constructed;
6. The coating of each layer must be thoroughly formed in the inside and outside of the coating before the next coating can be applied.

*Maintenance of the floor:

1. The site is often cleaned, and the place where the contamination is heavy can be brushed or scrubbed with a proper amount.
2. Wash water before and after the competition to keep the color and cleanliness of the venue. Spray hot water to reduce the surface temperature during hot weather in summer.
3. If there is fragmentation or delamination in the site, it should be repaired in time according to the specifications to prevent spread. Water should be sprinkled around the site to prevent dust and dirt from affecting the site.
4. The sewer should be cleaned frequently to keep the drainage in the field smooth.
5. Those who enter the venue must wear sneakers (the studs cannot exceed 7 mm).
6. To avoid heavy pressure for a long time, to prevent severe mechanical shock and friction.
7. It is forbidden to drive all kinds of motor vehicles on it. It is forbidden to carry explosive, flammable and corrosive harmful substances into the site.
