Red Sichuan Pepper (Latin name:Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim), also known as Szechuan Pepper,Prickly Ash or Sichuan Pepper. (From: T/CFNA 6101-2020).
Gansu Sichuan pepper, one kind of Sichuan peppers, also named Gansu Da Hong Pao, which is known as a famous Chinese tea. It’s mainly produced in the Bailongjiang River Basin, Beiyu River Basin, Western Han River Basin, Guangping River Basin, Longnan, Tianshui and other places,which in the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River, south of the Qinling Mountains. The color of Gansu Sichuan pepper is red to reddish brown, the particles are large and full, and it tastes make people feel a long-lasting numbness.
Our 1002A product uses the dried granules of Gansu Sichuan pepper we can cook in extraction, hot pot, seasonings and other ways.
