Product Usage

Carburizer is a high carbon content of black or gray particles (or block) coke follow-up products, added to the metal smelting furnace, improve the content of carbon in liquid iron, the addition of carburizer can reduce the content of oxygen in liquid iron, on the other hand, it is more important to improve the mechanical properties of smelting metal or casting.

Production Process

The graphite mixture waste by mixing and grinding, broken after adding adhesive mixing, and then adding water mixing, the mixture is sent into the pelletizer by the conveyor belt, in the auxiliary conveyor belt terminal set up magnetic head, using magnetic separation to remove iron and magnetic material impurities, by the pelletizer to get granular by drying packaging graphite carburizer.
