Product characteristics
The civil spinning grade polyamide resin used in producing superfine fiber, short fiber, polyester nylon composite yarn, BCF carpet yarn and other spinning products by melt extrusion and other process. Fiber made by spinning grade PA 6 resin is antistatic with high moisture absorption and air permeability, easy dyeing and its wear resistance is outstanding compared with other kinds of yarn.
Product features: Spinning grade nylon 6 resin has high degree of polymerization that guaranteed by the continuous polymerization technology, and with superior spinnability and excellent dyeability.

Product application
Microfiber
Sinolong’s spinning grade nylon 6 chips has stable viscosity and very low monomer content which can be used in manufacturing ultrafine fiber with low end-breaking rate at producing. The fabric made of ultrafine fiber has good surface gloss, high color fastness and great breathable and moisture-absorbent abilities, applied in sofa leather, bath towels and other products.
BCF carpet yarn
Nylon BCF carpet yarn has advantages of good elasticity, toughness, abrasion resistance, durable, easy to clean, etc. The nylon carpet made of nylon BCF carpet yarn is resistant to stepping and wear, its resilience, dust resistance and stain resistance are better than carpets made of other materials.
Nylon staple
Nylon staple fiber can be compound with other fibers into sports shirts, sweaters, etc., with the advantages of moisture absorption, air permeability, antistatic and strong wear resistance.
