Solidified paper oil filter features waterproof, acid, low temperature, high temperature, alkali resistance. The curing paper filter element is used for air filtration, applicable scope broaching machine, suitable for object air, type is sub-efficient, characterized by water resistance, acid resistance, low temperature resistance, high temperature resistance, alkali resistance.
1. Filter paper is specially used for producing all kinds of paper filters for filter manufacturers. The filter made of paper is mainly used for dust and impurities removal by various engine intake, oil and fuel methods to prevent and reduce the wear of key engine components and ensure the extension of the service life of the engine.
2. Reasons and advantages of filter paper curing
The thick paper made of natural plant fiber raw materials cannot meet the requirements of the production and processing of the filter element and the use of the filter paper itself due to its small tightness, loose filter paper, low strength, soft texture, poor water absorption and other reasons. Therefore, the filter paper must be impregnated (coated) in the preparation of a resin that can improve the physical strength and does not seriously affect the air permeability, that is, the curing treatment of port paper, in order to meet the special performance of the filter paper. The curing treatment of Hong Kong paper is mainly used in alcohol-soluble resin and water-soluble resin, and alcohol-soluble resin has phenolic resin, trimerless resin and so on.
Phenolic resin is usually used, the author’s company uses the thermosetting phenolic tree to impregnate (coating) filter paper base paper, the paper filter made by this method is strong and firm, has good chemical resistance and other advantages, in stiffness and water resistance effect than water-soluble resin does not break (coating) treatment
