Jianjie® binder resisting CaO for pellet of dedusting ash is a mixture of multiple environment-friendly polymer materials. It features high binding strength, high forming rate, high strength, quick curing, disintegration resistance, pulverization resistance, cost reduction, energy efficiency and environment-friendliness. It is specially used for steel plant waste containing CaO, e.g. dedusting ash, sludge, slag and return fines of sinter. The process is simple and the production cost is low.

Calcium Oxide Resistance:
Add to undigested or incompletely digested dedusting ash containing CaO and cold-press into pellets. It can prevent pellets from cracking, disintegration and pulverization.

High Binding Strength:
It can quickly form a reticulate structure inside materials. Moulding strength can surpass 100kg. It has 1200℃ temperature resistance.

High Forming Rate:
High forming rate (98% or higher) and 2m-drop integrity (wet pellet).
