Iron oxide mill scale binder is used to granulate iron oxide, iron-bearing sludge, dedusting ash and steel slag. This innovative technology has been widely adopted by the metallurgical industry to recover and utilize iron resources from these materials, reducing corporate production costs and improving sustainability. In addition, these binders are better than traditional inorganic binders because with low dosage , stronger adhesion, higher pellet formation rates and less powder. The use of binder pelletizing can result in pellets with uniform particle size, high yield and good strength. This pellet has good metallurgical properties, improves the permeability of the charge column and can be used directly in the furnace. Through this process, solid waste recycling can be realized, saving iron resources, while environmental protection has great significance.
