EXTERIOR
AION LX PLUS continues the design style of the current model, but we can distinguish them by the front face shape, especially the front surround.
The new car will be equipped with three second-generation variable-focus lidars on high-end models, achieving a 300-degree cross-coverage field of view and a maximum detection range of 250 meters, helping the vehicle improve its intelligent driving assistance functions.
The overall shape of the body side of AION LX PLUS remains unchanged. Although the body length is increased by 49mm, the wheelbase is the same as the current model. The tail has also not changed much. The through-type taillights are still used, and the style of the rear surround is also more individual. The new model adds “Skyline Gray” and Pulse Blue body colors to enrich everyone’s choices.
INTERIOR
AION LX PLUS adopts a brand-new interior. The most obvious change is that it no longer uses a dual-screen design, and there is an independent 15.6-inch large screen in the middle.
AION LX PLUS is equipped with the latest ADiGO 4.0 intelligent IoT system, which adds voice control driving mode, energy recovery, vehicle control, etc. The cockpit system chip comes from Qualcomm 8155 chip. The air outlet is changed to a hidden electronic air outlet. The wind direction of the air conditioner can also be adjusted up, down, left and right through the central control screen.
The two-spoke multi-function steering wheel also has a familiar shape, and the feel brought by the leather wrapping is still delicate. The full LCD instrument panel has been changed to an independent design, with a variety of display interface styles to choose from, and regular driving information can be seen on it.
AION LX PLUS is equipped with a panoramic canopy, which replaces the current car windows. The seat style is not much different from the current model, and the softness and wrapping when riding are wort of recognition. In addition, electric heating and ventilation functions for the driver’s seat are standard. AION LX PLUS is equipped with an electric trunk, but there is still no switch on the outside of the trunk lid. It can only be opened through the central control button or remote control key.
