They mainly exist in cotyledons and hypocotyls of soybean seeds. Soybean isoflavones include genistein, daidzein and daidzein. Natural soybean isoflavones are mainly composed of soybean isoflavones β- In the form of glucoside, soybean isoflavone can be hydrolyzed to free isoflavone under the action of various isoflavone glucosidases. Aglycon Soy Isoflavones: Aglycon isoflavones make up 80% of total isoflavones. the glucose group in glucoside soybean isoflavone was removed by enzymatic hydrolysis and transformed into free soybean isoflavone with higher activity.
